Excellent car buying experience as always.
I leased 2 Infinitis with Troy in the past and always had a great experience. It can be intimidating for a single woman to go car shopping, but Troy has always been friendly, easy to talk to, and honest with me, making sure I had the car that fit my needs and my price point. It’s been a week since I leased my 3rd Infinti with Troy and it was the same great experience. I keep going back to INFINITI because from the front desk to the service area, they make everyone feel welcome. I didn’t find other area luxury dealerships to be nearly as welcoming and friendly as INFINITI. Service is fast, free car washes and loaner cars are an excellent addition to the services offered, and the waiting area is comfortable with a nice choice of refreshments.

Upon entering the dealership I was immediately greeted by representatives. I was able to obtain my license plate/registration, along with a copy of my registration made by the front desk personnel. While preparing freshly brewed coffee and pastries another representative offered to install my license plate to my vehicle. OUTSTANDING!! I came in for a oil change. I left with 4 new tires, new front breaks, and a few light bulbs changed. As a business owner it’s hard for me to find to have my vehicle serviced. They were prompt, provided options, and professional. I left with a peace of mind. I love the WiFi availability too. I was able to continue working while having my vehicle served. Quick and quality work
Made my appointment online and dropped off my car, got a loaner car. My car was ready in a few hours and was a quick pick up process. I can get a little cheaper oil change and maintenance at other places but my car is running like brand new even though I drive around 120 miles per day 6 days a week for work. This is my second INFINITI which I use for work and this dealership has done a great job. My first INFINITI was a 2001 I30 and had over 200,000 when I bought a 2014 Q50. I’m nearing 100,000 miles and still drives like new.

Buying a new car
Mr Bufton was very thorough in explaining the different features in the cars. This made my decision in buying the right car easy. However some of the selling perks like free car washes for the life of the car, not so much. When you offer perks, they have to be as important as selling a car. When the perks don't follow the same standards as the selling of the car it makes the dealership as a whole look bad. One should not only like what they do but take pride in what they do.
